- A minimum of 3 completed service cycles is required
- The plan activates only after the first service is completed
- Each cycle has a limited booking window
- Each cycle allows one pushback only
- A pushback extends the booking window by 5 business days
- A pushback adds a 15% upcharge
- The pushback fee is waived only if no valid booking slots were available during the original window
- If a cycle expires without a booking, that cycle is marked missed
- After a missed cycle, the next maintenance booking is charged at full price
- Travel fees still apply and are not waived by the maintenance plan
- Pricing may vary slightly by vehicle size
- No upfront payment is required
